Good Morning! I have a hen that has started crowing, does this mean she will no longer lay eggs?

Not necessarily. I have had them in past years that go through a hormone change between brooding and laying again, or when they knock off laying to moult and then restart. When the hormones settle laying will recommence. My last one that had this ability to crow, was still laying eggs at 9 years old. sadly she's passed away now, but was a favorite.
