Hi,
Howcome some users are not able to post or PM? Is there an activation email that they missed.
For instance user rodriguezpoultry, she is not able to do these things. It doesn't appear to be a browser issue.

And what I wondered is: why are gmail email addresses still no good? wink

The system no longer requires e-mail verification or unique e-mail address to register. So I don't know why gmail users would have unique problems.

I did find a problem with this users registration and corrected it. Not something she could have done. Have her try using the account now.

Alert me of any other registration issue and I will try to fix them.

Found same problem with thebantambarn. Corrected it, should work now. Don't know why this is happening so for now I will have to correct them as we find them.

Any new users who can not post and can not contact us, try using the "Notify" box at the bottom of this or any post to get a message to us. This worked for one member. Give me your screen name and I can correct the problem.

Hello! Thank you for fixing my account, however I wanted to note that I tried the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page and was sent an email that said that the Coop would not accept my address. I can forward the email if you would like?

Also, it seems as though I am unable to change my avatar. My photo is 65x80 and is on photobucket with a direct link. Does the UBB not accept photobucket accounts?

CJR is having problems with photobucket accounts too, yet others are not. I would suggest you try Google Picassa web albums instead. You just need to set up an account in Google. Picassa albums allows you to either make your photos public, or keep them private. You can still post pics on here even if private, as it just supplies a particular photo by its link.

Re photobucket, I've noticed they reorganized recently, and after that some of my pictures in my threads began coming blank with red cross. I logged in the photobucket, and they were blank with red cross, and I started clicking on them . Somehow, I can't explain why/how , they came back eventually. So now I'm observing them frequently.

Something strange going on. I only just got notified about Blue Daisy's problem. (early march as above) Came into my email in box tonight along with about 30 new members ranging from mid May to today. It's like they have all been hung up somewhere for several months.

Yes, same here! A server issue I am sure. Something reset maybe. All issues were old. (Foehn) As a Moderator your first thoughts must have been like mine eek. I expected the board to be filled with spam, an army of trolls had invaded or no one could post. I was glad to see it was just a hiccup grin.
