The Sussex equivalent is called Coronation, is there a name for the blue markings in Wyandottes? Is it called Coronation Wyandotte???? Does it exist?
TIA

As far as know, pure breeding coronation Sussex are just like Light Sussex but are homozygous for lavender gene. Coronation made with the blue gene will not breed true(splash when homozygous). You can also call them lavender Columbians.

Thanks for that. I have since found out that they are going to be included in our new Standards, called Coronation just like the Sussex. We have some gorgeous and correct coloured CS here, the colour (lavender)is stunning, Im pretty keen.
