One of my hens ( her name is Penny )has yellow runny poo, that I noticed today, and last night I had no that she had some dried blood in her nostril. She is drinking and is still eating, but she has isolated herself from the other hens out in the yard. Should I be worried? My hens are free range, and get grain.
My girls were cooped up for a few days do to heavy snow and power being out, could that be an issue? She seems to be fine otherwise, but it has me worried, I don't want to lose her. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

It might just be caecal poo. Every hen will do these during a day, and it most often is smelly and with the consistency of melted chocolate. Check out these pictures to see if it is like one of these.
