I have a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte that is 8 months old. Just recently she has become listless, her wings are drooping, and the color in her comb and waddles has a yellow, pale tint to them. I have another Wyandotte, same variety, and she looks fine. There is no discharge, and she is eating but not like she use to. Any ideas? Heather

I would see if you can get some liquid baytril from your vet and give it to her based on your vet's recommended dosage. I have had similar issues occasionally with my hens and baytril seems to help in most occasions. However, it could be many things based on your description of symptoms. She could have layed an egg internally, picked up a virus or ???.
