Silver Dorkings: Can you see the difference between male and female chicks at hatch?

Just hatched my first silver Dorking chicks and some of them have wild stripes all the way up the head, while some others have stripes on the back, but the head is lighter with smudges.

The smudged headed chick is the male.The brownpointed V on the chicks head is the female.
