I haven't been able to access the Onagadori web site for the last few days.
Onagadori@groups.msn.com

Is anyone else having this problem?

Dear Dr., On the Poultry connexion I read that is was closed down. I don't remember exactly why, though.

Brian said that he is going to spend more time working on his breedings and will not have the time to devote to the web site. I was hoping some one else could pick up on a web site like that , I miss it.

Some members have gone to this site: Poultry Genetics In fact, Rokimoto, you're being searched for! The old site closed so quickly (48 hrs), many didn't save info from it.

Once it was announced that the Onagadori site was down and 'someone' should continue a genetics board, they smelled blood! A race was on to see which of the precocious teens could do it. Snipping is still taking place, but the winner for the owner of the new board is Matthew Lister a 14 year old Canadian. So not to worry genetics discussions will continue just as they have been. You'll remember most of them on there from the PYA.I really thought there for a while MM or BMR would get the lead, but hey I'm not a gambling man with good reason. Now everyone get on your big-wheels and roll on over to the new site.

That "poultry genetics" is not even close to what Brian was doing.

I may pass on that for a while. Perhaps letting things settle in. Is there any reason to believe that such a board would be different / better / more active than the genetics area here? I was concerned about the owner of the proposed board because there are several pretenders, present and (hopefully) passed, that would like to carry on the mantle of genetics guru.

Good luck to all of you.
