What breed?

I raise all standard breeds with single combs. The earliest I can start to see differences is around 5 weeks and that is only sometimes. 8 weeks I have been right 98%. 10-12 weeks is better. I am looking at characteristics such as comb size, development of pointed hackle feathers and thickness of shanks.

My sex links of course I can tell apart when they hatch. I love that!

But breed makes a big difference.
