I am incubating button quail eggs, and today is day sixteen, well Im new to incubating, so I dont know if this is strange or not, but today when I checked the eggs, they were not pipped, no sign of anything, except when I shined the light through the incubator window on the eggs, I noticed that at least three of them were slightly moving from side to side especialy when the light shined on them, Im assuming that this is a good sign? Is this normal? eek

Just an update, seven of my 11 eggs hatched and I guess the rocking is normal, they were such tiny eggs. Button quail peeps are the tinyest, cutest little things! laugh
