Easy Hot Chicken Salad

6 cooked chicken breasts, deboned and cut up
3 tablespoons fine cut onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup - undiluted
1/2 cup Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cupslivered almonds or pimento (optional)
2 cups raw celery diced
1 1/2 cups dukes mayonaisse
1 box seasoned garlic crutons

Mix all ingredients, save 1/2 cup of raw celery and 1/4 box seasoned crutons for the top.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 40 minutes. If celery gets too brown, cover.
Serves 8.
