I am wanting to get back into waterfowl but in the past I've had a LOT of difficulty finding a processing plant that will do waterfowl. (Ducks and Geese). If you know someone who does this I would very much appreciate your help.

David Check around your area and see if there is an Amish or Minnonite cummunity close to Raytown. They usually have someone that will dress birds. The closest to you that I know of is Bolivar Mo. There is a community of Minnonites there. Good luck. Rog
