I will be driving up with a few friends. We will be coming up from South Central Texas. I will be showing 8 Modern Game Bantams. My friends have Cornish and sebrites.
4 old men in a rented van- the women opted out.

I'm going.. Bringing 16 Old English Game Bantams in 6 color varieties... Lhaggerty posted on TPC that Bill Wulff said he recieved a compressed stack of entries 8" thick on Tuesday last week that could easiely be 75 entries so it should be an interesting show.. Wonder if Animial Planet will come cover this years Grand National Chicken Show as they called it? Chris

Sorry Carole don't have any Pyles those white females you saw in pictures are Bluered splashes..
The only thing i can see that might limit the sale area is the cost of a space but I'll bet there will be some there.. Chris

I'll have my sketch book with me.

John Blehm posted on the Ameruacana board that he talked with Bill Wulff this afternoon he said they had 11,412 entries and still counting looks like it could be unbealiveable to see that many birds in one place. Chris

I will be with the Dutch Bantam, Eastern National Meet, qualifier Show for the Blue Cream Light Brown variety for APA and BCLB and Cream Light Brown for ABA. It will be a big entry of Dutch, and I will have 5 birds there, but because I cannot mail birds from Montana at all, they would not be my choice for exhibition, but it is the only way I can deliver them to their new owners, one BCLB pullet and 2 pair of Mille Fleur Dutch. It is just "bed and breakfast" for those birds. I could not show anything great, as I do not bring birds home from a Show-must be sold before they are entered. Pretty exciting occasion and a strenuous outing for an OLD person. Will happily see ya, CJR

The number of birds at this show is awesome- I cannot even imagine what it will be like.
I'm counting the days!

Chris, Seeing that many birds (you cannot see them all in 3 days) is awesome, but just wait until you HEAR them! The lady who is upset by her neighbor's a few roosters doesn't realize how fortunate she is to hear the sounds of a farm flock. It is pure Music, natural--isn't that the "sales" word these days--"natural"? CJR

Yeah- I took earplugs and never used them! Were you there when the pigeon got loose? And the birds freaked out? THAT was awesome! Its a sound I'll never forget.
