I have a 8 week old Silver Laced Wyandotte Pullet, that I was given last week. It is in poor health, namely it has a gurgle noise instead of a 'cheeep' and has also been feather pecked on its rear, shoulders and neck. I was thinking I should separate it from the other hens, give it a high protein diet (Sunflower seeds) and some TLC to help it regrow its feathers, but I am stuck on what to do about the Gurgle. I'd appreciate your help!

It sounds as if it has some kind of respitory condition that might best be treated with antibiotics.
I have had great success with Baytril which was prescribed by my vet, so if you have a vet you can chat to without needing a consult, you may be able to access some, or something similar.
