I just hatched 2 peafowl and one chicken baby yesterday. Today I put them in the brooder- central temp is 95. And there is a LOT of space. They seem to be eating and drinking. One seems to have a penchant for eyes, and is targeting the other's eyes! Actually, all three are aiming at each other! I installed the red light, draped the brooder pen with red fabric..

What else can I do besides separate them?

Could it be these are all boys?

Chicks naturally go after shiny objects like eyes. If you give them something else to peck at like a piece of cabbage you will have less of a problem. Also as you have tried lowering the light level works. Pecking is also a problem if the brooder is too hot so check your thermometer.
