I have what I thought was 3 RP toms and 2 hens, but today while collecting eggs I saw one of my 'hens' displaying like the boys! I've never seen her do this before. She is the same size as the other hen, way smaller than the toms. She has no beard, no spurs and only that little bump of a snood that I've never seen her let down. Her, the other hen and two of the toms are from early last years hatch so they should have all reached sexual maturity around the same time. The toms have been fighting and that's when I saw her like this. What's the deal?? These are my first turkeys, is this normal?

my hens do that toward my males before they become submissive to them, hey what woman doesn't strut for a man some time in her life!
