My friend has 5 turkeys, 4 are doing great but one of them has these symptoms: appears spraddle legged, has bubbles under the wing (armpit area) which appear to be either liquid or air filled, and just seems to be the weekest/smallest of the group. I suggested she split the legs together to see if that helped, but have no idea what the bubble's under the armpit are. They appear to be under the skin and move around a little when you press on them and are not hard. Any ideas?

Sounds like a pretty sick bird. May be a good idea to go ahead and put it down in case it has a comunicable disease. I'd say take it to the vet, but I've never found one that would look at poultry other than to do an autopsy. If it's the weekest/smallest by much it probily won't live anyway as the others will pick on it. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

The owners put it down so it wouldn't suffer.
Thanks for answering me.
