Rog, you are right about the Junior results. Its very important to get the winners names published. District 3 has been very good about getting youth's wins published, and would like to see more of this in the other districts.

There are a number of shows that we have not heard results. It is hoped that the ADBS Board will be able to have these wins posted again soon. Meantime, we would enjoy hearing about the Shows--and any pictures of winners can be posted here--and moved to the ADBS site as soon as it is again ready for them!

Congratulations to the winners, Jr. and Open------ AND, thanks to discussion by members at the District 3 show, it is expected that the Junior annual dues will be reduced to $5.00 per year for 2006. CJR

Hello all,

The Lucasville show is always a nice show, good set-up, friendly people and a lot of youth activity.

The Dutch display was outstanding. We had a good representation of Light Browns, Blue Light Browns, Cream Light Browns, a few Cream Blue Light Browns and I even think there were a few Millie's and Self Blues in the mix as well.

There were breeders there from Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. The Juniors represented us well.

The Light Brown Dutch were the Reserve Champion display of the show. Once again, proving, the Dutch are on the road to becoming even more popular with such recognition.

The District meeting was very informative, led by District Director Wayne Gritter and several topics of interest were discussed such as a reduced membership fee for Juniors, and the possibility of a Southern Dutch National. All of this is food for thought and discussion.

I will see everyone in the Fall!

Congratulations to all the exhibitors and winners at Lucasville. We would have loved to have shown, but family matters required us to be elsewhere.

Keep showing and promoting the Dutch!
