Does anybody know what is going on in this video?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eM4WIrLt6U0&feature=related

Translation from Spanish:

This chicken lives on the farm of an aunt, this healthy, happy and well cared, only it's extremely ugly !!!!! it only grows hair on his head and covers her eye, it seems that the stew had flown

And here's what they looked like:

If I remember correctly, they were developed so plucking wouldn't be such a big job.

I can honestly say that if anything would put me off eating poultry, that bird is it. Poor, naked, sunburned looking thing. Some people might see this as a genetic triumph. I think we should be a little embarrassed for removing what makes a bird a bird. For ease of plucking? How lazy are we? I am ashamed.

I think the intention for breeding these birds was, that they were supposed to be more resistant to heat stroke, but I may remember wrong.

Here are two videoes more with naked birds:

The first video reminds me of a dinosaur like the compsognathus in Jurassic Park.
