If anyone around KY. and TN. needs a way to hatch any type birds,
I have a wooden incubator that we have hatched about 100 out of. Just like new. It will hold 203 standard chicken eggs. With proper trays would hold 354 pheasant or bantam chicken eggs. I built it myself out of plywood. Turned out really well.
The only reason I would like to sell it is because
it has no way of differing humidity for incubation or hatching. In other words the humidity is too high for the rest of eggs when trying to hatch others. It has three shelves that turn every 2 hours. If you fill up water wells inside it gets up to 65-75% humidity(would be great for ducks and geese)but too high to incubate bantam chickens. I stained the outside with a mahogony stain and it has Polished brass hinges and door latches.(looks like a peice of furniture. I have purchased a new incubator with a sepeperate hatcher in bottom. would sacrifice this for 300.00. Thats about what I have in it.
Im in south central Ky. If interested just let me know on this forum.
Thank You
