I visited some relatives in Oregon a while back and fell hopelessly in love with their banty flock. I had a few SexLinks at home and had never seen banty's before. Well as luck would have it, my relatives wanted to thin their flock and asked me if I would take a few. So of course I did...a few hens and a rooster. Well, long story short....I recently lost my banty rooster. I would like to replace him so I can get some chicks out of the hens, but I have no idea what breed of bantam they are. I looked around at quite a few Bantam "sites" but couldn't find any that looked similar to mine. How do I find out?!?!?

Have you tried Murray McMurry Hatchery? They have birds I had never heard of. The web site is
www.mcmurrayhatchery.com---- the phone # is 1-800-456-3280. They will send you a catalog. Have fun
