No exact age. But if you have pullets and cockerels together, by the time the pullets are laying eggs, the cockerels will have been doing their job, and most eggs will be fertile. However, if you plan to hatch eggs, it is best to wait until the eggs are larger than the first ones--a few weeks to a month. CJR
