My 10 yr old rooster molted and never got in new wing or tail feathers.
He fell ill from this he would not crow or eat.
He was treated with LA 200 1/2cc inj. for three days.
He also had mites and was treated with sevin dust.
He was also given B-12 inj. 1/2 cc once weekly for 2 months.
I have repeated these Treatments three times over the last three months and he still has poor feathering.
What else can I do to help him??

Have you tried high protein food, like cat food or game bird feed?

I have changed his food to a combination of hen scratch @ 12% protein mixed with gamebird turkey grower @(23%)protein.with no noticable change in three months.

Did it cause any harm to the fowlI heard it could help, but it could Kill my rooster/
