Hi, I have a few white domestic ducks and geese on a small pond. One of my ducks is not getting around very well. He is having problems walking and now is not using one leg when swimming. I was able to take a closer look today and his legs and toe are very swollen. Any ideas? Thanks for the help..

Are there a lot of bushes and weeds around the pond? He could have gotten his leg stuck and then strained it pulling loose. You may want to confine him where he can't run around too much. Swimming is the best exercise for him however, so try and let him have access to swim water. Good luck.
