Hi Jason, you could try ebay. They've got the other books mentioned here on "the coop." If they don't have it when you look, just check back every week or so and eventually it'll be there.

A girlfriend of mine told me a few months ago that Elsevier was going to come out with a new edition. I have not been able to confirm that.
The publisher is Elsevier. It should be possible to contact them about getting a copy directly. The price on Barnes and Noble was $200 the last time I looked.
