It depends on what you are after. Are you looking for production birds or show birds? I recommend Tommy Stanley in Virginia for show birds. He has a good variety of breeds, good quality, and they are priced within reason. I don't have his exact address with me, but email me directly & I will get it for you, if you are interested.
