I have 2 goat kids and I am purchasing a fencing system called Flocknet. It is electrified netting and is portable so you can move it to rotate grazing areas. It hooks up to a battery of course...up here in Ontario, Canada the fencing comes in 165' foot rolls costing a dollar a foot. Maybe you could buy some in the area you are in!
