I heard that someone has imported large lean ducks to breed in Australia. I want to do same, any leads?

Just a note to say that the show quality rouen, pekin, and mammoth muscovy are table birds bred for eating just like the khaki is an egg laying bird. I don't know about the importation of a special meat duck but give the top ones a try as they are very tasty as well.
