Turkey broken toe

My turkey girl has a very sore outer toe on her right foot, and can barely hobble. It may be broken, and there was a bit of a cut on top of the toe, near the joint. I've put honey on the wound to stop infection, as I've found honey works well on human wounds. The big problem is that this girl is/was head girl, and now my second girl is attacking her to take over the top job. This means the toe wouldn't get any chance to heal, so I'm locking them up in shifts to rest the toe.

My question is, is there any way to stop turkey girls fighting? I've found it impossible to stop the boys, and just have to let them go at it. Also, is there any way to speed up the healing of her toe? And how long will it take? Thanks for any help!
