Can I keep roosters, who grew up together, together in the same pen with the hens, even though they are banties and barred rocks? Also could I introduce a mature bantie rooster to them too?

Yes, and they don't have to be raised together. Just as long as the new roo. is introduced before sexual maturity and with a few pullets of his own.
Generally speaking, more than one rooster means a battle, but sometimes they can get along if there is plenty of room. When the number of roosters increases, so does the potential for problems. If your hens scatter widely and increase the territory, roosters can sometimes coexist if they can avoid the areas of more dominant roosters. We recently had the same situation, with large and bantams birds all raised together. When the big roosters began to mature, war broke out. I think the key is space. If you have enough of it, you may be able to work something out. Good luck.
