My silkie is siting on unfertile eggs and has been there for a mounth i am now thinking of putting fertile eggs under her but is it likley that she will get of soon?

I would be more concerned with overtaxing the hen.
Broody hens often don't take very good care of themselves and after a month she should be encouraged to take a vacation not pull double duty.
Next time candle the eggs and see if she is wasting her time earlier, then you can substitute eggs if you like.
