Culling Americaunas

I've got 6 roosters and about 20 hens. I obviously need to cull because I can already see the hens' featherless backs and I don't want a repeat of last year. Does anyone know what I should look for? Are beards and muffs standard? And another off-the-wall question do pure blue Americaunas exsist? I have a blue breasted red rooster and a blue-laced gold hen. Are either of these rare colorings? Oh, is Americauna spelled right?

Check out www.ameraucana.org for more info on the breed. You can e-mail the board members from the site. What state are in? Have you culled yet? You might want to see if others want the birds like a 4-H club.
