The purpose of Silkie International is to talk breeding
(non-technical), compare standards with a long range
goal of unifications of standards, try to set up some
type of procedure for exchange of blood lines on a
International level and last but not least, become
friends with silkie breeders throughout the world.
It is the first all cyberspace poultry club.
Membership is free to all and all are welcome
regardless where you may live.
The only requirements for membership are:
1. Be a breeders of either or both large and
bantam Silkies.
2. Or interested in this Asian feather
legged chicken.
