I have a female Broad Breasted Bronze and a male Red Bourbon turkey. Does anyone know if they will produce fertile eggs on their own? If so do you have any idea what the cross would be like? Just wondering.
There should be no problem crossing the two varieties of turkey considering they are healthy individuals and capable of breeding. I would think the cross would be a mixture of both parents in regards to coloring and size.
Will chickens hatch a turkey's egg?
Chickens can hatch turkeys eggs.
I have 15 turkey hens in one pen. How many gobblers should I put with them for breeding purposes?
