There are many wonderful things about Large fowl OE Game but one of the greatest is the vast aray of colors they come in. I don't know how new you are to the poultry hobby but in order to fully appreciate the many breeds of chickens you need to purchase a book from the American Poultry Association called the Standard of Perfection. This book will give you the names and colors for every variety that the APA recognizes as elligible to compete for and win champion large fowl at a poultry show. I would also recomend joining the Old English Game club of America of which I am a member. This will put the nations top breeders at your finger tips ( you recieve a breeders directory) and these fine men are more than willing to help you with any concerns you might have. If I can be of any assistance please let me know.
